Lounge
The lounge area has an electric fire, wall mounted TV. The front french doors open up onto the veranda. There are double sliding doors separating the lounge from the kitchen.
Dining Area
The dining area has freestanding table and six chairs and is opposite the kitchen.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, ample drawer space, hairdryer and a dressing table area and a second TV, with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin. There are two twin rooms with two single beds in each, wardrobes and a TV.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate bath room with bath, washbasin, toilet and paneled towel heater. A second toilet and shower are off the main bedroom
Outside
It has an allocated parking space next to the caravan. The caravan has a wraparound veranda with table and chairs for you enjoy the excellent sea views.
Pets Allowed
This caravan does allow you to bring a pet to stay with you. Please make sure it is added to the booking form.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen hire in the booking process for beds to be made up or bring your own.
Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.
No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it.
Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
Play Passes Are NOT Included
If you wish to use the swimming pools or entertainment venues at Devon Cliffs, you will need to purchase a Play Pass.
Play Passes can be purchased online through a link sent to you by Haven Owner Services after your booking has been registered, or from Devon Cliffs reception once you arrive.
You do not need a Play Pass to access the arcade, Sports Bar, South Beach Café or The Red Rocks. You can also pay for additional activities when you arrive without purchasing a Play Pass.

Caravan Location
Willows 18 is a seafront location with stunning views over Sandy Bay, the location can be seen on the map indicated by a yellow star.
