Karo Place 70

Lounge
The front room has a corner sofa with two armchairs to watch the TV or enjoy the views, Blueray DVD player with a varied selection of DVDs, an X-Box with a selection of games. It is double glazed with central heating and also has an electric fire.

Dining Area
The dining area is to the side of the kitchen and has a free standing table with four chairs.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. Also an iron and hoover. There is a washing machine in an outside storage box.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a king size bed, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers, and door to the ensuite toilet. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with TVs, wardrobes and overhead storage. All have radiator heating.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room, also a second toilet in the main bedroom ensuite.

Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.

No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

Pets Allowed
This caravan will allow you to bring a pet to stay in the caravan which has to be added to the booking.

Outside
The patio doors from the lounge lead on to the veranda with table and chairs to enjoy the sea views. In front of the caravan is a grassed area.Parking is a few rows behind the caravan in unallocated parking areas and the is a concrete path from the parking area to the caravan steps.

Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.

Front room has a TV, Freeview, radio/cd/cassette player, gas fire and fixed seating.

The dining area is to one side of the lounge with curved seating, standing table and two stools.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and standard kitchen equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table and wardrobe storage, and radiator. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each with radiators in both.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a second toilet and sink in another room.

Outside
There are chairs and a table on the patio for you to relax and enjoy the view. Parking is in a parking bay close by.

This caravan does allow you to bring a pet to stay with you. Please make sure it is added to the booking form.

The dining area has freestanding dining table with four chairs.

The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All have radiator heating.

The shower room has a shower, sink, toilet and radiator. There is a second toilet with basin.

Outside this caravan there is parking space next to the caravan, and has a good sea view from the wraparound, gated veranda.

Lounge
Front room has a TV DVD player with two sofas and armchair. It has a radiator and also an electric fire.

Dining Area
The dining area is opposite the kitchen and has free standing table with six chairs.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, and standard kitchen equipment.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table, wardrobe storage and TV. The is an en-suite toilet from the main bedroom. The next two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping 2 in each room and wardrobes and wall mounted TVs. All the bedrooms has radiator heating.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a second toilet in the main bedrooms en-suite.

Front room has a TV, DVD player, CD/radio and a three seater freestanding sofa and a two armchairs. It has a radiator and also an electric fire. The french doors open out onto the veranda.

Dining Area
The dining area has free standing table with four chairs, plus two collapsible chairs if needed.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, and standard kitchen equipment.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table and wardrobe storage. The next two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping 2 in each room and wardrobes. All the bedrooms have radiator heating.

The dining area has fixed seating with a round table and is opposite the kitchen.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, pull out ironing board and iron, and kitchen equipment including pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All rooms have radiator heating.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate toilet with hand basin and shower room with shower and sink.

Outside
Outside this caravan there is a wooden bench to enjoy the outside area. Car parking spaces are by the side of the caravan.

The front room is spacious open plan with fixed curved sofa with a large television. There is an electric fire and radiator.

The dining area is also fixed seating with two stalls and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, undercounter fridge, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe with interior drawers and television. The other two bedrooms have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have radiator heating.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with radiator, also a second toilet with basin.

Lounge
The lounge area has an electric fire, wall mounted TV. The front french doors open up onto the veranda. There are double sliding doors separating the lounge from the kitchen.

Dining Area
The dining area has freestanding table and six chairs and is opposite the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, ample drawer space, hairdryer and a dressing table area and a second TV, with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin. There are two twin rooms with two single beds in each, wardrobes and a TV.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate bath room with bath, washbasin, toilet and paneled towel heater. A second toilet and shower are off the main bedroom
