The front room has a TV with built in freeview, DVD player with a varied selection of DVDs.
Dining Area
The dining area has curved fixed seating and freestanding table.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. Also an iron and hoover.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers, and ensuite toilet. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All have radiator heating.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room, also a second toilet in the main bedroom ensuite.
No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Outside
Outside this caravan there is parking space next to the caravan and large grassed area in front of it where you can watch your children play safely. Table and chairs are on the veranda.

Beech Walk 31 looks on to a grassed area and still close to the beach, it is shown on the map at the yellow star.

Really nice caravan in a great location close to the beach and the central entertainment area. The caravan was really clean and tidy and lovely to stay in. The grass area in front of the caravan is amazing for the kids to play. Will definitely book again when we visit.
Really lovely caravan. Beds were really comfortable. Caravan itself is really cosy and nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of dvds and books for a rainy afternoon. 5min walk to the beach. Bar/restaurant and shop, 3 mins away. Main complex is 10 minute walk up hill or 2 mins by car.
An absolutely wonderful stay. The caravan is perfect and in a great location. We love the fact it’s over looked onto the green, short stroll to the beach and was so lovely! It’s spacious tidy and clean. We can’t wait to return and stay in Beechwalk 31 again.
