Cedars 2 is a top of the range caravan with panoramic sea views, it is located in a quiter area of the park and will sleep up to 6 guests. With 2 parking spaces next to the caravan. Free Wi-Fi is included.
Lounge
The lounge area has a flame effect electric fire, corner sofa with a wall mounted TV. There are patio doors leading on to the veranda.
Dining Area
The dining area has freestanding table and chairs and is in the kitchen.
Kitchen
The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a queen size bed (with kingsize duvet on), wardrobes, ample drawer space, a wall mounted TV, and a dressing table area with en-suite that has a toilet with hand basin. The other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each with a wardrobe. There is room for a travel cot in the main bedroom.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate shower room with washbasin, toilet, and towel heater. A second toilet is accessed from the main bedroom.
Outside
It has two allocated parking spaces next to the caravan. The caravan has a gated veranda with table and chairs for you enjoy the excellent sea views. Sitting on the veranda you do not feel overlooked.
No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen hire in the booking process for beds to be made up or bring your own.
Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.
No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it.
Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
Play Passes Are NOT Included
If you wish to use the swimming pools or entertainment venues at Devon Cliffs, you will need to purchase a Play Pass.
Play Passes can be purchased online through a link sent to you by Haven Owner Services after your booking has been registered, or from Devon Cliffs reception once you arrive.
You do not need a Play Pass to access the arcade, Sports Bar, South Beach Café or The Red Rocks. You can also pay for additional activities when you arrive without purchasing a Play Pass.

First time staying at Devon Cliffs and found ourselves this amazing static caravan.
Everything was perfect.Lovely living space with excellent cooking facilities.Having the wrap around balcony gave us the extra space to spread out.The amazing views were an added bonus and really enjoyed chilling outside trying to watch the asteroid shower one evening.
Was really helpful to have the little extras -soap, bin bags,washing up liquid and toilet roll so thank you for that.
Caravan was not too far from all the activities and also located in a quieter area of the caravan park. Would love to stay again.
