Lounge
Front room has a TV, with fixed corner sofa. It has a radiator and also an electric fire.

Dining Area
The dining area is next to the kitchen and has a free standing table with four chairs, plus two collapsible chairs if needed. A highchair is included.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, and standard kitchen equipment for six guests.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table and wardrobe storage. The next two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping 2 in each room and wardrobes. All the bedrooms have radiator heating. A travel cot is provided.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is a second toilet with a basin.

Outside
Parking is next to the caravan and there are sea views from the veranda that has patio furniture.

Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.

No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
