Lounge
The front room has fixed curved seating which is ample for a family up to 6 people with TV.

Dining Area
The dining area is also fixed seating and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter fridge, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. Also a hoover.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes and overhead storage. All bedrooms have hot air blowers from under the wardrobes.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with heated towel rail, also a second toilet with basin in another room.

Outside
Outside this caravan there are parking bays close by to the caravan and a paved area of grass in front of the caravan doors with table and four rattan chairs to sit out.

No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
