Apple Grove 9

Lounge
The front room has a corner seating and also a two seater sofa to relax, there is a TV in the corner, also an electric fire under the mirrored fireplace.

Dining Area
The dining area is a free standing dining table with chairs that is opposite the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full height fridge and freezer, washing machine and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, and drawers. There is an ensuite shower and toilet with basin. The other bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes and drawers. All bedrooms have radiator heating.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and bath in one room with radiator, also a second toilet with basin and shower in the main bedroom ensuite.

No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Outside
Outside this caravan there is a veranda with a table and chairs. Parking is next to the caravan on gravel or there is also a car park in front by the beach.

Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.

Dining Area
The dining area is also fixed seating with extra stools, and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with heated towel rail, also a second toilet with basin in another room.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers, and ensuite toilet. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All have radiator heating.

The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All rooms have radiator heating.

Lounge
The lounge area has an electric fire, freestanding sofa and armchairs with TV and DVD player. There are double patio doors leading on to the veranda.

Dining Area
The dining area has freestanding table and chairs and is opposite the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, ample drawer space, and a dressing table area with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin. There is a second double room with double bed, a wardrobe and dressing table area. There is room for a travel cost in either of the bedrooms.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet, and towel heater. A second toilet and shower are off the main bedroom

Outside
It has an allocated parking space behind the caravan. The caravan has a gated veranda with table and chairs for you enjoy the excellent sea views.

The dining area is to one side of the kitchen and has a table and four chairs, this is next to a large radiator.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. It also has a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have radiator heating.

There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with a radiator, also a second toilet which is accessed through the main bedroom.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter fridge, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe with interior drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have hot air blowers from the wardrobes.

The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table, wardrobe storage and TV. The next two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping 2 in each room and wardrobes. All the bedrooms have radiator heating.
