Lounge
The front room has fixed curved seating to watch the TV, also a gas fire.

Dining Area
The dining area is also fixed seating with extra stools, and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with heated towel rail, also a second toilet with basin in another room.

No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

Pets Allowed
This caravan will allow you to bring a pet on holiday with you for an extra charge of £30.

Outside
Outside this caravan there is a veranda with seating. Parking is next to the caravan on grass or there is also a car park by the beach.

The front room has a TV, a gas fire and fixed corner seating.

Dining Area
The dining area is opposite the kitchen with four chairs and circular table.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, fridge, microwave and kitchen equipment including crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils for 4 people.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes with storage and there is enough room to put up a travel cot. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. There is warm air heating in both bedrooms.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Washing Facilities and Toilets
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and towel heater. You can access it directly from the main bedroom and also the hallway.

Pets Allowed
This caravan does allow you to bring a pet to stay with you. Please make sure it is added to the booking form.

Outside
There is an enclosed veranda accessed from the lounge door of the caravan with table and chairs to enjoy the view, parking is in the car park in front at the beach.

The front room has a TV with built in freeview, DVD player with a varied selection of DVDs.

The dining area has curved fixed seating and freestanding table.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. Also an iron and hoover.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers, and ensuite toilet. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All have radiator heating.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room, also a second toilet in the main bedroom ensuite.

Beech Walk 69

Lounge

The dining area has fixed seating with a round table and is opposite the kitchen.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, pull out ironing board and iron, and kitchen equipment including pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.

The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All rooms have radiator heating.

There is a separate toilet with hand basin and shower room with shower and sink.

Outside
Outside this caravan there are steps down to the parking space next to the caravan. There are chairs and a table on the veranda to enjoy the view. Please note the car park in front of the caravan is being developed into new pitches.

Beech Walk 69 is just right by the beach and just over over 5 minutes from the entertainment complex and can be seen on the map at the yellow star.

Cedars 6

Lounge
The lounge area has an electric fire, leather freestanding sofa and armchairs with TV and DVD player. There are double patio doors leading on to the veranda.

Dining Area
The dining area has freestanding table and chairs and is opposite the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, ample drawer space, and a dressing table area with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin. There is a second double room with double bed, a wardrobe and dressing table area. There is room for a travel cost in either of the bedrooms.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet, and towel heater. A second toilet and shower are off the main bedroom

Outside
It has an allocated parking space behind the caravan. The caravan has a gated veranda with table and chairs for you enjoy the excellent sea views. It also has a gated private side garden.

No Pets

Caravan Location
Cedars 6 is overlooking the sea on the Budleigh Salterton side of the holiday park, it is shown on the map below where the yellow star is.

Cherry Park 24

Lounge
The front room has two armchairs and a three seater sofa,colour TV, DVD player, Freeview, CD/Radio. This leads through an archway to the dining area.

Dining Area
Dining area is behind the lounge area and has freestanding table and six chairs.

Kitchen
The kitchen is separated from the dining area with a doorway, and fully equipped with pots, pans crockery and cutlery for six and with a microwave, fridge and freezer. Also included is an iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes and an en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made in to a doubles and a wardrobe . All bedrooms have radiator central heating. One of the single rooms is alongside the dining area and the other is next to the kitchen.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The bathroom has a bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second en-suite shower with toilet and wash basin off the main bedroom

Outside
Outside this Devon Cliffs caravan there is a veranda and has views across Sandy Bay. There is a patio table and chairs outside for you to use. Parking is in front of the caravan.

Cherry Park 24 is located to the side of the holiday park in an elevated position giving good views over the top of caravans in front, it is shown on the map below as a yellow star.

Damson Green 8

Lounge
The front room has fixed corner seating with electric fire and TV, with sea views from patio doors that open on to the veranda.

Dining Area
The dining area is to one side of the kitchen and has a table and four chairs, this is next to a large radiator.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full height fridge freezer, dishwasher, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. It also has a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have radiator heating.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with a radiator, also a second toilet which is accessed through the main bedroom.

Front room has a television with integrated DVD player, electric wood burner effect fire and two sofas, with patio doors opening on to the veranda with great seaviews.

Dining Area
The dining area is by the kitchen with free standing table and four chairs with two extra stools if needed.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas hob and electric oven, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and standard kitchen equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, mirrored dressing table with television, wardrobe storage, and radiator. There is enough room to put up a travel cot in at the end of the kingsize bed. There is an ensuite toilet accessed from the main bedroom. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each with radiators in both.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a second toilet with washbasin in main bedroom.

Outside
To add to your enjoyment of your caravan holiday in Devon Cliffs there is a veranda with furniture for you to relax and enjoy the view. Parking is either in a parking area to the front of the caravan or a couple of rows behind the caravan.
