Lounge
The front room has a corner seating and also a two seater sofa to relax, there is a TV in the corner, also an electric fire under the mirrored fireplace.
Dining Area
The dining area is a free standing dining table with chairs that is opposite the kitchen.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full height fridge and freezer, washing machine and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, and drawers. There is an ensuite shower and toilet with basin. The other bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes and drawers. All bedrooms have radiator heating.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and bath in one room with radiator, also a second toilet with basin and shower in the main bedroom ensuite.
No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Outside this caravan there is a veranda with a table and chairs. Parking is next to the caravan on gravel or there is also a car park in front by the beach.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.

The lounge area has an electric fire, leather freestanding sofa and armchairs with TV and DVD player. There are double patio doors leading on to the veranda.
Dining Area
The dining area has freestanding table and chairs and is opposite the kitchen.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, ample drawer space, and a dressing table area with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin. There is a second double room with double bed, a wardrobe and dressing table area. There is room for a travel cost in either of the bedrooms.

Lounge
The front room has two armchairs and a three seater sofa,colour TV, DVD player, Freeview, CD/Radio. This leads through an archway to the dining area.
Dining Area
Dining area is behind the lounge area and has freestanding table and six chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen is separated from the dining area with a doorway, and fully equipped with pots, pans crockery and cutlery for six and with a microwave, fridge and freezer. Also included is an iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes and an en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made in to a doubles and a wardrobe . All bedrooms have radiator central heating. One of the single rooms is alongside the dining area and the other is next to the kitchen.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The bathroom has a bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second en-suite shower with toilet and wash basin off the main bedroom
