Haven Devon Cliffs is one of Haven Holidays’ largest family holiday parks, located at Sandy Bay in Exmouth, Devon.
All of the private static caravans featured on this website are owned by individual caravan owners at Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. Beachside Caravans acts as the letting agent for each of the caravans listed.
Our prices are for caravan hire and include gas and electricity. Bed linen can be added to your booking for an additional charge. We only accept bookings from families, couples and mixed groups where all guests are aged 21 or over. Free Wi-Fi is included in all of our caravans.
Play Passes for the swimming pools and evening entertainment are available directly from Haven and are not included with your booking. Haven will email you with details on how to purchase Play Passes that will be available online from 12 weeks before your arrival, you will then be able to book activities and swimming sessions.

All our caravans are privately owned with photos of the actual caravan that you book. Our price includes gas and electric, duvets and pillows.
If you wish to use the Devon Cliffs park facilities, you can purchase passes online 12 weeks before your arrival or you can buy them from reception when you arrive.
Devon Cliffs Facilities
Devon Cliffs is a Haven holiday park, facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, childrens activities, evening entertainment for which you will need to buy a pass from Haven.
Sports courts, arcade, childrens play areas, restaurants, bars and food take aways are on-site too.

Devon Cliffs Holiday Park in Exmouth
We specialise in caravan hire exclusively at Devon Cliffs. Booking your caravan holiday at Devon Cliffs with Beachside Caravans, you choose which caravan you will be staying in and know its location on Devon Cliffs holiday park. Therefore making it easier to have a couple of caravans positioned close to one another, and ideal for larger family groups on holiday together.
Sandy Bay is Devon Cliffs Blue Flag beach and is accessed directly from the holiday park. Sandy Bay beach is mainly sand with rock pools at one end that the children love to explore. The Jurassic Coastal path leads you to Budleigh Salterton or Exmouth in the other direction.
