Lounge
The spacious lounge area has ample seating for six, patio doors open out to the veranda, and has TV, DVD Freeview and electric fire.
Dining Area
This is opposite the kitchen with freestanding table and chairs for six.
Kitchen
Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has kingsize bed, wardrobe and dressing table with TV and door leading to the en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping two in each.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
The are two toilets one with a sink off the main bedroom, and the other a shower room with basin and second toilet.
Outside
There is a veranda with chairs accessed from the patio doors and parking can be on grass next to the caravan as long as its not too wet, otherwise in parking bays nearby.
No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
Pets Allowed
This caravan does allow you to bring a pet to stay with you. Please make sure it is added to the booking form.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen hire in the booking process for beds to be made up or bring your own.
Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.
No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it.
Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
Play Passes Are NOT Included
If you wish to use the swimming pools or entertainment venues at Devon Cliffs, you will need to purchase a Play Pass.
Play Passes can be purchased online through a link sent to you by Haven Owner Services after your booking has been registered, or from Devon Cliffs reception once you arrive.
You do not need a Play Pass to access the arcade, Sports Bar, South Beach Café or The Red Rocks. You can also pay for additional activities when you arrive without purchasing a Play Pass.

20 juniper close was a lovely caravan. It was clean and tidy. Close to all the amenities. Beautiful sea view and wonderful wraparound balcony. Thank you we had a wonderful holiday. .
20 juniper close is a lovely caravan situated near the shops restaurants and amusements ! It is very spacious with great balcony with sea views ! Very clean and tidy with nice kitchen, bedrooms en-suite , shower and lounge ! We had a great holiday! and Sarah as always very pleasant to deal with ! Thank you 👍
The caravan was clean and tidy on arrival. It was in a perfect position on the site within easy walk of the facilities and not too far from the beach. The sea views were an added bonus and the veranda was perfect for all the family to sit together.
