Lounge
The front room has fixed curved seating which is ample for a family up to 6 people with TV and DVD player. There is a built in audio system for your music. There is a gas fire.

Dining Area
The dining area is also fixed seating and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter fridge, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe with interior drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have hot air blowers from the wardrobes.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with heated towel rail, also a second toilet with basin in another room.

Outside
Outside this caravan there are parking bays in front of the caravan and a view of the sea in the distance.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with heated towel rail, also a second toilet with basin in another room.

Outside
Outside this caravan there are parking bays close by to the caravan and a small area of grass in front of the caravan doors to sit out.

Lounge
The spacious lounge area with L-shaped sofa, and has TV, and DVD player and electric fire.

Dining Area
This is opposite the kitchen with freestanding table and chairs for four.

Kitchen
Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has double bed, wardrobe with en-suite toilet. The main bedroom has a small TV. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping two in each with wardrobes.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The are two toilets one with a sink off the main bedroom, and the other a shower room with basin and second toilet.

There is a veranda with chairs accessed from the patio doors and parking is in an allocated space close by.

The dining area is also fixed seating and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe with interior drawers, with an en-suite toilet and basin. The is also a TV with DVD player in the main bedroom. The other bedroom has twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have radiator heating.

There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with radiator, also a second toilet with basin accessed from the main bedroom.

Hawthorn Mount 92 is a couple of minutes away from the entertainment complex, it has distant seaview over the top of the complex from the veranda. The location of Hawthorn Mount 92 is shown at the yellow star.

Juniper Close 20

Lounge
The spacious lounge area has ample seating for six, patio doors open out to the veranda, and has TV, DVD Freeview and electric fire.

Dining Area
This is opposite the kitchen with freestanding table and chairs for six.

Kitchen
Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has kingsize bed, wardrobe and dressing table with TV and door leading to the en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping two in each.

The are two toilets one with a sink off the main bedroom, and the other a shower room with basin and second toilet.

There is a veranda with chairs accessed from the patio doors and parking can be on grass next to the caravan as long as its not too wet, otherwise in parking bays nearby.

Front room has a colour TV, Freeview and DVD, radio/cd/cassette player, gas fire and the seating area with wooden floor. There are distant sea views out of the front window as you look over the top of the caravans.

Dining Area
The dining area has curved seating area to one corner of the lounge.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge and cooking equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table with wardrobe storage. The next two bedrooms both have twin beds sleeping 2 in each with wardrobes.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The shower room has a shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet with hand basin.

Outside
Outside this Devon Cliffs caravan there is a decked area to sit and a patio area, the grass next to that can be parked on only in dry weather or there are parking bays close by.

Dates Available

Karo Place 43 is available to hire in summer holidays from Friday 19 July until Friday 23 August 2024.
Check in and out Fridays and Mondays only.

Lounge

Fully centrally heated throughout with a 42 inch TV/DVD/surround sound system in the lounge with 3 seater settee, cuddle chair that can seat two, with a foot stall, and electric fire with surrounding hearth. The french doors leading from the lounge with 8ft x 13ft veranda with seating to enjoy the view.

Dining Area

Dining table with four chairs is to one side of the kitchen.

Kitchen

Kitchen is fully equipped with fan assisted cooker, microwave and all utilities, plus mood lighting and integrated fridge freezer, wine rack and excellent storage space.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with walk-in wardrobe, 32 inch TV/DVD and en-suite toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 full size single beds with vanity unit and good wardrobe storage.

Main bathroom has full size bath with overhead shower, modern sink and cabinet, heated tower rail plus extra toilet.

There is a wraparound veranda accessed through the front french doors from the lounge area and a second side door, there is parking directly in front of the caravan, but also space to park along side van in good weather.

The front room has a corner sofa with two armchairs to watch the TV or enjoy the views, Blueray DVD player with a varied selection of DVDs, an X-Box with a selection of games. It is double glazed with central heating and also has an electric fire.

Dining Area
The dining area is to the side of the kitchen and has a free standing table with four chairs.

The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. Also an iron and hoover. There is a washing machine in an outside storage box.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a king size bed, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers, and door to the ensuite toilet. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with TVs, wardrobes and overhead storage. All have radiator heating.
