Lounge
The spacious lounge area has ample seating for six, patio doors open out to the veranda, and has TV, DVD Freeview and electric fire.

Dining Area
This is opposite the kitchen with freestanding table and chairs for six.

Kitchen
Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has kingsize bed, wardrobe and dressing table with TV and door leading to the en-suite toilet. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping two in each.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The are two toilets one with a sink off the main bedroom, and the other a shower room with basin and second toilet.

Outside
There is a veranda with chairs accessed from the patio doors and parking can be on grass next to the caravan as long as its not too wet, otherwise in parking bays nearby.

Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.

No Smoking

This caravan has an open plan layout in the front room with a TV, and free Wi-Fi, radio/cd/cassette player, gas fire and fixed seating.

The dining area is to one side of the lounge with curved seating, free standing table and two stools.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and standard kitchen equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table and wardrobe storage, and radiator with wall mounted TV. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each with radiators in both.

Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a second toilet and sink in another room.

Outside
There are chairs and a table on the patio for you to relax and enjoy the view. Parking is in a parking bay close by.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with a smart TV and door leading to the en-suite toilet with a sink. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping two in each. There is a TV in one of the single rooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All have radiator heating.

The shower room has a shower, sink, toilet and radiator. There is a second toilet with basin.

The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table, wardrobe storage and TV. The is an en-suite toilet from the main bedroom. The next two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping 2 in each room and wardrobes and wall mounted TVs. All the bedrooms has radiator heating.

The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All rooms have radiator heating.

The dining area has freestanding table and six chairs and is opposite the kitchen.

The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, ample drawer space, hairdryer and a dressing table area and a second TV, with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin. There are two twin rooms with two single beds in each, wardrobes and a TV.
