Here are some of the questions we are often asked, click on the + sign below the question to view the answer.

£75 is required when you book, unless the holiday is within 6 weeks time then it is the full amount.

The balance is due 6 weeks before the holiday, or immediately if the holiday is within 6 weeks time.

We accept debit or credit cards, payment direct to our bank account and cheques. Also payment can be made by instalments to help spread the cost.

No, the price quoted does not include Play Passes, you will be able to purchase these online 12 weeks before you arrive, through a link on an email from Haven Owners Services. You will still have the option to purchase them in person from reception when you arrive on holiday.

Keys will be collected from a key safe located at the caravan for which you will be sent a unique key code before your arrival date when the full payment is received.

If you have any problems with the caravan while you are staying there please contact us on our mobile phone so we can arrange to have it rectified.

We provide duvets and pillows in the cost of hire. The duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets are not included in the cost, you can either your own or you can hire the bed linen from us for £12 each double set and £8 per single set.

Yes they are actual photos of the caravans.

The person hiring the caravan must be over 21 years of age and we cannot accept groups of young adults.

No, there are no camping or touring pitches at Devon Cliffs.

Yes dogs are allowed to stay in five of our caravans as long as they are added to the booking, Apple Grove 32, Damson Green 8, Fir Close 39, Juniper Close 20 and Nutwell Glade 11. If a dog is taken in to any other of our caravans you will be asked to leave with no refund.

3 nights is the shortest stay.

Dogs are allowed on the beach up to 1 May and after 30 September.   From 1 May – 30 September dogs are banned from Sandy Bay beach but Exmouth beach does have areas that allows dogs all year.
