Lounge
The front room has curved fixed seating, a colour TV with integrated Freeview, CD player, and vacuum cleaner.
Dining Area
The dining area has fixed seating with a round table and is opposite the kitchen.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, pull out ironing board and iron, and kitchen equipment including pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All rooms have radiator heating.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate toilet with hand basin and shower room with shower and sink.
Outside
Outside this caravan there is a wooden bench to enjoy the outside area. Car parking spaces are by the side of the caravan.
No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.

Rowan Meadow 27 is just over 5 minutes from the entertainment complex and can be seen on the map at the yellow star.

We stayed at this caravan from 16th June 2025 for 4 nights. Whilst it’s a more mature caravan it still has lots of character and all the amenities are there for you to have a great holiday. It’s clean, tidy and well equipped. Its position is perfectly placed and includes a lovely sea view which when you open the front room curtains each morning, is a welcome sight. Whilst the loo is a tad on the small side it’s still perfectly serviceable and again clean. There was also a Disabled Parking Space next to the caravan which was a definite plus for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and visited lots of places in the area. We would thoroughly recommend Beachside Holidays and this caravan. Many thanks to Sarah for organising it for us.
We have stayed in this caravan a few times and it’s good value for money.
The van is a little tired in places and the toilet is v. small. The double bed is quite firm, lots of hangers supplied in the wardrobes and lots of storage space in the bedrooms .
There is everything you need equipment wise, except a hairdryer.
As it is situated on one of the many hills on the site it has lovely views of the sea. Parking is also good outside.
We would stay again for the wkend. Thank you.
