The front room has curved fixed seating, gas fire, TV and a seaview from the front window.
Dining Area
The dining area has fixed seating and two dining charirs with a round table and is opposite the kitchen.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, pull out ironing board and iron, and kitchen equipment including pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both twin beds have wardrobes and overhead storage. All rooms have radiator heating.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate toilet with hand basin and shower room with shower and sink.
Outside
Outside this caravan there are steps down to the numbered parking space in front of the caravan. There are chairs and a table on the veranda to enjoy the view.
No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or fume inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.
No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
Caravan Location
Beech Walk 69 is just right by the beach and just over over 5 minutes from the entertainment complex and can be seen on the map at the yellow star.

We had a lovely long weekend stay in this 20yr old caravan. The decor is more dated than others we’ve stayed in, but it added a certain charm to it. Very nostalgic. I don’t think we could’ve beaten the price anywhere. Very clean and very spacious, with a lovely sea view from the front window and decking. Will definitely return.

Fantastic caravan in a fantastic location – our two young girls loved it and just 5 minutes walk from the beach. We’ll definitely be staying again!!
