Devon Cliffs Guest Play Pass Prices 2024
If you wish to use the Devon Cliffs facilities including the swimming pools, activities and entertainment complex you will need to purchase a Play Pass.
You can buy individual passes or a caravan pass that covers all occupants but you will still receive a pass each, just choose the cheapest option for your group.
If your holiday overlaps between peak and off-peak then you will be charged the rate of where most days of your holiday are.
Children under 4 years old do not need a pass, age 16 years and above is classed as an adult.
Play Passes can be purchased online 12 weeks before your arrival through a link sent to you by Haven Owners Services.
Alternatively you can purchase them from Devon Cliffs reception once you have arrived for your holiday.
Once you have purchased Play Passes, bookings can be made at haven.com/experience.
Activities and restaurant tables can be booked 12 weeks before you arrive.
Swimming sessions are available to book 4 weeks before arrival.
If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, Haven cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. No refund will be given if you no longer require the Play Passes. Passes are not refundable and cannot be transferred, if you lose your pass you will need to pay full price to get a replacement.
Once you’ve purchased your Play Passes, you will be sent a purchase receipt that you’ll need to keep safe so you can collect your Play Passes on arrival from Devon Cliffs reception.

Private letting guests can purchase Play Passes online 12 weeks before arrival, we will register guests with Haven, they email details of the passes, and how to book Activities and Swimming.
The date and duration will need to match a Haven holiday (Monday for 4 or 7 nights, Friday for 3 or 7 and Saturday for 7 nights).
A Play Pass will give you access to pre-book free and paid activities for all ages, access to swimming pools, access to all entertainment venues.
Swimming – Guests can book up to 14 swim sessions for their break in advance. Booking opens 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Activities – Free activities and the ones that need to be paid a little extra for can be booked 12 weeks before your arrival date.
Restaurants – Guests can either turn up and wait to be seated or they can pre-book a table up to 12 weeks before the arrival date.
Entertainment – Entertainment venues are first come, first served, so private letting guests will just need to show their Play Passes to watch the entertainment.
If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. The guest will not be given a refund if they no longer require the passes.
Haven Pass Terms and Conditions:
Play Passes give private letting guests access to swimming pools, activities and most other leisure and entertainment facilities at the park during your stay, some facilities/activities/venues need to be pre-booked.
If guests do not have a pass with them, they will not be allowed access. Without a Play Pass they will only be able to gain access to arcades, restaurants, takeaway food outlets, supermarkets, launderettes and play areas. Play Passes do not give access to owners-only facilities.
Some facilities and activities on park do carry an additional charge which is not included in the purchase of your Play Passes.
Play Passes are only valid for the duration purchased.
Play Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.
If the Play Pass is lost the holder will be liable for a full cost replacement.
