Lounge
This caravan has an open plan layout in the front room with a TV, and free Wi-Fi, radio/cd/cassette player, gas fire and fixed seating.
Dining Area
The dining area is to one side of the lounge with curved seating, free standing table and two stools.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and standard kitchen equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table and wardrobe storage, and radiator with wall mounted TV. The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each with radiators in both.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a second toilet and sink in another room.
Outside
There are chairs and a table on the patio for you to relax and enjoy the view. Parking is in a parking bay close by.
Pets Allowed
This caravan does allow you to bring a pet to stay with you. Please make sure it is added to the booking form.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen hire in the booking process for beds to be made up or bring your own.
Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.
No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it.
Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
Play Passes Are NOT Included
If you wish to use the swimming pools or entertainment venues at Devon Cliffs, you will need to purchase a Play Pass.
Play Passes can be purchased online through a link sent to you by Haven Owner Services after your booking has been registered, or from Devon Cliffs reception once you arrive.
You do not need a Play Pass to access the arcade, Sports Bar, South Beach Café or The Red Rocks. You can also pay for additional activities when you arrive without purchasing a Play Pass.

Karo Place 99x has seafront views with no caravans in front, it can be seen on the map at the yellow star overlooking Budleigh Salterton side of the park.

Lovely holiday with the family. Caravan clean with everything you could want. Lovely location with beautiful sea views. The kids particularly enjoyed the green space in front of the Caravan to play games. Loved the addition of Wifi and TVs. Will be booking again! Sarah always helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Lovely caravan, with all that we needed and great location within the park. Ideal for any dog owner, lovely space and the south coastal path is right in front of the caravan. Watched the sun rise every morning from the patio, stunning view. Would highly recommend.
