Lounge
The spacious lounge area has ample seating for six on two sofas, it has a coal effect electric fire and large TV, there are patio doors that open out to the veranda that has ratan seating and table.

Dining Area
The dining area is opposite the kitchen with freestanding table and chairs for four.

Kitchen
Kitchen area with gas cooker, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and standard inventory of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table with a smart TV and door leading to the en-suite toilet with a sink. The other two bedrooms have twin beds sleeping two in each. There is a TV in one of the single rooms.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
The main shower room has a basin and toilet, there is a second toilet with a sink off the main bedroom

Outside
There is a veranda with chairs accessed from the patio doors and parking is on a numbered space up the concrete path from the caravan.

No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.

Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.
