Lounge
The front room has fixed curved seating to watch the TV, also a gas fire.
Dining Area
The dining area is also fixed seating with extra stools, and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and TV. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with heated towel rail, also a second toilet with basin in another room.
No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
Pets Allowed
This caravan will allow you to bring a pet on holiday with you for an extra charge of £30.
Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.
Outside
Outside this caravan there is an enclosed patio area with seating. Parking is in front of the caravan.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.

Perfect for our holiday. However, the bathroom door sometimes jams, requiring a family member in the sitting room to open it from outside for me and my children. Additionally, one of the dining chairs broke when my youngest daughter sat on it it seems it already broken vefore she sat in it. Despite these issues, Elms 134 was a lovely place for our holiday, and I would recommend it to others.
