How To Book With Beachside Caravans

Enter Dates
On our Home page enter the dates for arrival and departure and select the maximum number of guests staying including children, then press Search button.

Choose Your Caravan
On our the next page you will see caravan that are still available. To see more details on the caravan click the pitch number. If you are ready to book now click on the Book button.

Complete the Booking Form
Complete all the requested booking details, making sure you enter the number of adults and children even if it is 0 children.

Make Payment
You will need to make a payment of £75 by bank transfer or credit/debit card, or the full amount if it is less than 6 weeks until you arrive.

Confirmation Email
You will receive an automatic email confirming that your booking has been received and asking for the names of all the people staying, and dates of birth for anyone under 21 years of age. If it is not in your inbox please check your junk folders.

Email With Balance Invoice
Once we have received this information and your payment, you will receive another email with an invoice if there is an outstanding balance with due date.

Full Payment
Full payment is due 6 weeks before you arrive. If you do forget to pay the balance in time, we will contact you to see if you still wish to proceed with the holiday or cancel. A facilities passes can be purchased 12 weeks before you arrive, you will receive an email from Haven expaining how to do this online.

Check In Details
Check in details will be sent to you before you arrive once your balance has been paid in full . You will receive an email from Beachside Caravans with your key code for accessing the caravan on your arrival with a map of its location. You will also get a 2nd email from Haven Owners Services with your car pass and option to purchase Play Passes through them. If it is not in your inbox please check your junk folders.

Before arriving please make sure you have your arrival details from Beachside Caravans usually sent by email, please check your spam folders too.
Any problems contact the mobile on your letter. Your key code is on the arrival letter.
