Lounge
Front room has a colour TV, Freeview and DVD, radio/cd/cassette player, gas fire and the seating area with wooden floor. There are distant sea views out of the front window as you look over the top of the caravans.
Dining Area
The dining area has curved seating area to one corner of the lounge.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, fridge and cooking equipment including crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, mirrored dressing table with wardrobe storage. The next two bedrooms both have twin beds sleeping 2 in each with wardrobes.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
The shower room has a shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a second separate toilet with hand basin.
Outside
Outside this Devon Cliffs caravan there is a decked area to sit and a patio area, the grass next to that can be parked on only in dry weather or there are parking bays close by.
No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the decking. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.

A very pleasant stay, caravan lovely with view of the sea .I would have liked wifi for our rainy days .
We loved staying here, thus we returned for our second time this year. Whilst a bit older than some on site the caravan had everything we needed and a great view. Sarah helped throught the booking process and everything went smoothly.
Sarah was so helpful from the minute I booked the caravan.
The caravan was beautifully kept, and was honestly such a good price. Especially being in the 6 weeks holidays.
Highly recommended and I can’t wait to book again with Sarah.
