Karo Place 43 is available to hire in summer holidays from Monday 21 July until Friday 29 August 2025.
Check in and out Fridays and Mondays only.
Lounge
Fully centrally heated throughout with a 42 inch TV/DVD/surround sound system in the lounge with 3 seater settee, cuddle chair that can seat two, with a foot stall, and electric fire with surrounding hearth. The french doors leading from the lounge with 8ft x 13ft veranda with seating to enjoy the view.
Dining Area
Dining table with four chairs is to one side of the kitchen.
Kitchen
Kitchen is fully equipped with fan assisted cooker, microwave and all utilities, plus mood lighting and integrated fridge freezer, wine rack and excellent storage space.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed with walk-in wardrobe, 32 inch TV/DVD and en-suite toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 full size single beds with vanity unit and good wardrobe storage.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
Main bathroom has full size bath with overhead shower, modern sink and cabinet, heated tower rail plus extra toilet.
Outside
There is a wraparound veranda accessed through the front french doors from the lounge area and a second side door, there is parking directly in front of the caravan, but also space to park along side van in good weather.
No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.

Fantastic accommodation with a lovely sea view. Incredibly clean, very comfortable and finished to a high standard. Located a suitable distance from the site amenities. Certain features of the accommodation enhanced our stay: the large bath, high quality furnishings, spacious decking, a good sea view and walk in wardrobe. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Karo Place 43 and hope to return.
We had a lovely week here, it is a beautiful caravan, lots of space and beautiful sea views.
Will definitely return.
