Lounge
The front room has fixed curved seating to watch the Smart TV that will connect to the internet for you to log on to your own viewing accounts, also has a circular coffee table and electric fire.

Dining Area
The dining area is by the patio doors with a freestanding table and dining chairs.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter dishwasher, full size fridge freezer, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans. At the end of the counter there is a breakfast bar with two tall stalls.

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms are at the opposite end of the caravan and both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have radiators.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower at either end of this caravan, one ensuite by the main bedroom the other by the twin bedrooms, both are heated.

No Smoking or Vaping
Please note you are not allowed to smoke or vape inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Wi-Fi
There is Wi-Fi in this caravan provided free of charge, if loss of internet occurs due to the service provider no refunds will be given.

Outside
Outside this caravan there is a veranda with seating and table, also a patio area next to it. Parking is close by in parking bays.

Security Bond
A charge of £75 will be added on to the total payable, this is a security bond that will be refunded to you after the caravan has been checked and left as you found it. Deductions will be made if the caravan is not left with all washing up done and put away, if your rubbish is not disposed of in the bins on park, for any breakages or items missing, any evidence of smoking/fuming in the caravan, if carpets or furniture stained and any other misuse of the caravan.

Gorse Hill 210 is just a few minutes from the entertainment complex and approx 5 minutes from Sandy Bay beach, its location is shown by a yellow star on the map below.
