Lounge
The front room has fixed curved seating to watch the TV with DVD player, also a gas fire.
Dining Area
The dining area is also fixed seating and freestanding table that is to one side of the lounge.
Kitchen
The kitchen has gas oven, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, and cooking equipment with crockery, cutlery and pans.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, and drawers. The two other bedrooms both have twin beds with wardrobes. All bedrooms have electric panel heaters.
Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.
Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a toilet, basin and shower in one room with heated towel rail, also a second toilet with basin in another room.
No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.
No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Outside
Outside this caravan there is a veranda with wooden bench and 2 chairs. Parking is next to the caravan on grass or there is also a car park by the beach.

Just returned from our stay at. Apple grove 33,very enjoyable holiday,
Its a lovely spacious caravan clean and very well equipped and comfortable beds. Lovely sea view from the balcony with outside seating,(a little uncomfortable as no cushions provided) We purchased the play passes from Haven but actually only used them once as we found the walk up to the activity area much too steep However there is a lovely bar/restaurant just a few metres away from the caravan overlooking the beach. We would definitely recommend and return again
We love our Devon Cliffs holidays, and have been returning to stay in this caravan for the last three years! It is spacious and well set up, with lots of room for the children. The sea views are wonderful, and it is great to be right next to and have views out onto the open grass area, the kids love playing outside. It is a great location – halfway between the main facilities and the beach.
We had such an amazing time and we spent much time sitting out on the decking enjoying the fabulous view! The caravan is very clean, spacious and very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, a most wonderful stay!! We will definitely book again!
A well set up caravan in a perfect position. In good condition and has obviously been updated recently. So close to the beach with a lovely view. Only a short walk to the main activity centre. Will definitely use again! Thanks so much!
