Lounge
The lounge area has an electric fire, TV with built in DVD. The front patio doors open up onto the veranda. There are double doors separating the lounge from the dining area and kitchen.

Dining Area
The dining area has freestanding table and six chairs and is opposite the kitchen.

Kitchen
The kitchen has gas cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and full set of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also a washing machine with drier and dishwasher.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, ample drawer space, and a dressing table area, with en-suite that has a shower and toilet with hand basin. There are 2 twin rooms with two single beds in each, a wardrobe and a small dressing table area. All bedrooms have TVs included.

Bedding
Duvets and pillows are included in the cost of the caravan hire. You can add bed linen in the booking process or bring your own.

Toilets and Washing Facilities
There is a separate bath room with bath, washbasin, toilet and paneled towel heater. A second toilet and shower are off the main bedroom

Outside
It has an allocated parking space next to the caravan. The caravan has a veranda with table and chairs for you enjoy the excellent sea views.

No Smoking
Please note you are not allowed to smoke inside any of Beachside Caravans holiday homes.

No Pets
This caravan will not allow you to bring a pet inside the caravan or on the veranda. If you are found to break this rule you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Gorse Hill 17 is a few minutes from the entertainment facilities, you can see it on the map as a yellow star.
